Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.

If you cannot use your ticket, please contact tickets@musicaltheatreguild.com. We can release your tickets and issue you a donation receipt.

For ticket exchanges, please contact tickets@musicaltheatreguild.com. We may also be able to assist you at the box office, day of the show.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Musical Theatre Guild). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
